As a result, Corporate was spending a fortune bringing talent in from the outside. We wanted to figure out a way to evaluate and promote our top 400 managers based on a common corporate system and cut our recruitment and relocation costs by promoting from within. in3 identified the capability we needed, mapped our top jobs and talent, and set up the system to track jobs & people.
