Meet Don Jastrebski

Expert in Motivation, Capability and Accountability, and their influence on EBITDA, ROI, Turnover, Productivity, and Change. Don created a culture model which reveals why some strategies work and some do not; why some change happens, and other change does not; and why some people fit and others do not.  It predicts problems before they happen, based on the clash of cultural preferences.
